President and CEO, Mark Beaver, earned a business degree from Michigan State University in 1983, with a concentration in Construction Management, Urban Development, Real Estate Accounting and Finance, and Commercial Architecture. He has been in the building industry since that time. Mark is not only an accomplished builder, but is an entrepreneur diversifying into many fields of interest, including Real Estate Investment. Mark is past President and Secretary – Treasurer of Olympia Construction Company, which he co-managed from 1989-1996 alongside his father and brother. In 1996, Mark branched out and started his own companies. He brings experience in the affordable housing industry as a developer, general contractor, and multisite business manager. Mr. Beaver has expert proficiency in the LIHTC program, Home Investment Partnership Program, and Rural Development Housing Programs
